Black Theology and Clergy Retreat
An annual retreat coordinated through CECA for African American pastors; designed to provide for rest, fellowship, and prayerful peer support. It is also an opportunity to rethinking the Gospel theologically, and the call for liberation and justice.
Committed to affirming the voices, stories and identities of minority ethnicities in the PCUSA, confronting the problem of structural racism in the church, and being one with all who have been bound together in baptismal unity in Christ Jesus.
Mission to the USA (MUSA)
The purpose of the Mission to the USA program is partner with PCUSA presbyteries and congregations, ecumenical and community agencies to connect with churches and church leaders in other countries. MUSA is a unique reverse mission program and helps bridge faith traditions, cultures, and socio-economic realities in order to help contextualize the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mobile Health Fairs (MHF)
The purpose of the Mobile Health Fairs are to partner with PCUSA presbyteries and congregations, ecumenical and community agencies in order to reach out to underserved and disadvantaged communities to provide free basic health screenings and referrals, and basic health education.
This summer program is designed to partner with congregations and presbyteries to reach out to neighborhoods through free health fairs, and help to alleviate suffering and poverty. It is administered by six trained young adults.
